Prof Asen Asenov, Leader of the renown Glasgow Device Modelling Group, joined as Technical & Business Development Advisory Board of Tech Next Lab to enhance the productivity, TCAD development and growth through his vast experience in TCAD development field and business growth.
TNL TCAD New Version lauanched - TNL Framework includes innovative atomistic Simulator (EpiGrow, FullBand, ElectronMobility, THz Spectroscoty and Monte Carlo Particle Device Simulator).
Atomistic THz Spectroscopy TCAD tool has been added to TNL TCAD family with capabilities to work in few hundred gigahertz to several Terahertz frequency range.
