Material modeling services include full electronic band structure characterization along with accurate parameters extraction from E-k data e.g. carrier group velocity, density of states (DOS), effective masses at various valleys locations etc. These parameters are essential requirement for prediction of carrier mobility, conductivity prediction through HOT carrier analysis and device transfer characteristics prediction over few vallays or full electronic band structure for carrier transportation.
